Treat agent output like a pull request from a new teammate. Read the diff, run the tests, and check edge cases and error handling.
Watch for invented APIs or packages, secrets written into code, overly broad permissions, disabled tests, and unsafe shell commands.
Use linters, type checkers, dependency scanners and code review. You remain responsible for what ships.
